Enquire about this itemA replica of mid 19th century 6 branch Colza chandelier by Messenger & Son of Birmingham. Originally designed for use with colza oil, the modern equivalents are wired for use with electricity. Lampholders are concealed by 6 hand cut and etched glass lotus shades. The height can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of links in the decorative chain.Style: Metal Chandelier

10 Light Thornham Hall
Enquire about this itemWilkinson’s fine reproduction of one of the earliest surviving examples of an English Georgian lead crystal chandelier. The original was made for Thornham Hall in Suffolk in 1732 and now hangs at Winterthur, Delaware. This reproduction was commissioned by English Heritage for Chiswick House, London and features lead crystal baluster stem pieces and 10 scrolled arms typical of the shapes used on the earlier 17th century Flemish metal chandeliers.
